Dakota Johnson denies she was staring at Angelina Jolie during Jennifer Aniston’s Golden Globes speech after her side-eye was caught on camera
The Fifty Shades of Grey actress became a viral sensation after the awards ceremony earlier this month
DAKOTA Johnson has denied staring at Angelina Jolie during Jennifer Aniston's speech at the Golden Globes.
Dakota, 28, was sat at the same table as Angelina, who kept her eyes down as Jennifer, 48, took to the stage to present an award.
Angelina, 42, and Jennifer have a lot of history thanks to their relationships with Brad Pitt, with Angelina dating the actor soon after he ended his marriage to the former Friends star.
At the ceremony, it looked like Dakota was taking a sneaky look across the table at Angelina as Jennifer spoke right in front of her on the stage.
But appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Dakota denied this was the case, saying: "Truthfully, I don’t think that I was really looking at her.
"If you look really closely at the angle of my eyes, they’re kind of, like, over here … [looking at] the Stranger Things table.
"And I really love Stranger Things.”
The star then revealed just how much she loved the hit Netflix show.
She said: "The thing that I hate the most is when people are in restaurants or whatever, when they try to take a sneaky picture of you. … So, I did that at the Golden Globes.
"Everybody there is a famous person. I was, like, trying to take a video of these kids — but they’re children, I know!
"I was, like, zooming in and zooming in, but then I also accidentally caught … Ridley Scott was asleep.

"I think maybe he was just looking at his phone, but it looked like he was asleep.”
While Dakota insisted Angelina wasn't the focus of her attention, she did reveal she was to someone else.
She added: "I’m not the only one.
"[Armie Hammer’s wife] Elizabeth [Chambers] is, like, very blatantly looking at her.”
