CBB’s Malika Haqq pays tribute to ex Rasual Butler after the former NBA star is killed in a shock car crash
The reality star took to Twitter after discovering her ex had been killed in Los Angeles on Wednesday night
CBB’s Malika Haqq has paid tribute to her ex boyfriend Rasual Butler on Twitter, after the ex-NBA forward and his wife Leah LaBelle were killed in a car crash.
The reality star re-tweeted a post that read: “In most cases we forget how dangerous cars can become in a split second... terrible news to hear... Rest easy to the couple .. damn.”
She added the praying hands emoji.
Malika was linked to Rasual, 38, back in 2011 when the pair were introduced by best friend Khloe Kardashian and her then husband Lamar Odom.
On an episode of Khloe & Lamar, Malika enjoyed a string of dates with Rasual.
But the romance proved short-lived after he grew insecure about her flirtatious relationship with Khloe’s brother Rob.

The accident killed both him and his wife, singer Leah LaBelle, 31, who starred as a contestant on American Idol back in 2004.
Rasual is survived by his daughter Raven from a previous relationship.
Whilst Khloe’s ex Lamar has yet to publicly comment on Rasual’s death, NBA writer Chris Palmer tweeted: “Just talked to Lamar Odom who considered Rasual Butler his best NBA friend. "He was my brother."

Rasual played 13 seasons in the NBA from 2002 to 2016.
Malika was evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house this week.
Days before her eviction, the star broke down in the diary room as she begged for news on her pregnant best friend Khloe.
She admitted she was upset about not being able to speak to pregnant Khloe while she was in the house.
Crying, she told Big Brother: “My best friend is pregnant and I haven’t spoken to her in a month. This is really hard for me.”
She continued: “I just want to know she is ok and that’s she’s happy.
“I love all of them so much that I am sitting here crying about it.”
