The TV and radio host, 39, bared all in a series of pictures to promote her first fitness DVD.
The former Hear’say singer — a cover star of Fabulous magazine’s 10th anniversary edition on Sunday — said: “I’m turning 40 in a month and couldn’t be more proud of the body I have.
“It’s given me two beautiful babies, carried me through good times and tough, and allowed me to be a strong and successful woman.”
The mum-of-two bared all in an exclusive photoshoot to show off the results of her intensive new fitness regime, boasting that she feels prouder than ever of her sensational figure.
Wearing nothing but a pair of trainers in one snap and cupping her breasts to protect her modesty, the popular TV host unveils the daring images to launch her first home workout programme.
Myleene — mum to Ava, ten, and Hero, six — said she had been asked to create a fitness DVD for years, but feels now the time is right.
She added: “I want to help mums and busy women find a way to stay fit that works for them.”
Her 12-week DVD programme includes a series of short workouts, increasing in difficulty every four weeks.
The presenter and musician has appeared happier than ever lately after finding love again with boyfriend Simon Motson, 39, with the pair spotted looking loved up in central London while attending a friends’ wedding.
