Katie Price posts throwback snap looking completely different before plastic surgery

KATIE Price has been honest about her love of the surgeon’s knife over the years but fans were still left stunned by her transformation when she shared a throwback photo.

Posting the black and white shot to Instagram, a fresh-faced Katie throws a pout to the camera.

Katie, 39, captioned the shot: “Throwing it right back.”

Fans couldn’t mask their shock. Some insisted Katie should have stayed a natural beauty.

One wrote: “Now don't you look so much better @officialkatieprice no need for lip fillers etc xx”

One commented: “Beautiful. Wondering what you might have been like now if no work? I reckon you’d still be a beauty as you are strong and disciplined and would have still looked after yourself.”

Another said: “Does looking at this not make you sad about all the work you have had done? How beautiful you were.”

And one insisted: “Drop dead gorgeous Katie! Would off loved to have seen that beautiful face in 2018 unaltered. You still slay it Katie and are the most hard working , honest celeb on the scene.”

Many fans leapt to Katie, with one blasting: “Eurgh....so many people commenting negative things about any fillers or work katie has had done....why? Its her face/body her choice. Nothing rong with a bit nip/tuck or changing something your not happy with. Be positive peeps."

Another added: “The rudeness of some of you perfect lot!Even if she had no surgery she is hardly gonna look like that now is she!Its her face and she can do what she likes.”

Earlier this week, ex-surgery addict Alicia Douvall, 38, warned Katie against having more surgery.

"Now looking at Katie I see the girl I was ten years ago and although we’re very different people I can guess what’s going on in her head.

"All I want to do is plead with her to stop right now."
