The Towie star joked about losing a few pounds before he has to strip off on live telly for the ITV charity Full Monty show
JAMES Argent has returned to Thailand for some rest and relaxation.
The TOWIE star has flown back to the tropical country to take a well-deserved rest before his hectic work schedule takes off again with filming for the ITVBe reality show.
Arg has jetted back into the country where he spent three months last year in a rehab clinic to sort himself out, so he can rest and train a little to lose a few extra pounds so he's fully prepared to strip off in front of thousands of screaming fans for ITV's The Full Monty.
Confirming the news on Instagram he wrote: "1 year on... back in my favourite place for a bit of me time before filming kicks off again in a few weeks.
"So proud of how far I've come but never going to stop working and bettering myself.
"Hopefully lose a few pounds before Full Monty starts again. #Thailand #health #fitness #thaiboxing #wellbeing #calmbeforethestorm #whatadifferenceayearmakes."
After his break, Arg will return straight into work on The Full Monty before Towie begins filming again for months at a time.
His on-off romance with Gemma Collins will take centre stage as the pair keep fans guessing about the state of their relationship.
The Sun revealed how Arg will strip naked in front of a live audience as part of ITV's second production of The Full Monty.
A source said: “Arg has become increasingly body confident after revamping his lifestyle last year. He won’t have any qualms about stripping off.

He will be joined by Jeff Brazier and former footballer John Hartson.
Former EastEnders star John Partridge will also be taking part, as will The Wanted star Tom Parker.
