Peter Rabbit UK release date, cast, trailer, running time and age rating for the 2018 movie
BEATRIX Potter's most-loved character Peter Rabbit is getting the CGI treatment for a brand new film reboot starting next month.
Here's everything you need to know about the film including who's in it and when it's released in the UK...
When is Peter Rabbit out in cinemas?
Peter Rabbit is going to be released in cinemas across the UK from March 16, 2018.
It runs for one hour and 33 minutes and while the BBFC has awarded the movie a PG certification for mild threat and comic violence.
It opened in the US from February 9, and other international dates run from this point to April 13.
The DVD and video release announcement has not been confirmed as of yet.
What happens in the film?
In Peter Rabbit, the mischievous and adventurous hero who has captivated generations of readers now takes on the starring role of his own contemporary comedy.
In the film, Peter’s feud with Mr. McGregor escalates to greater heights than ever before as their fight to gain control of McGregor’s coveted vegetable garden and earn the affections of the warm-hearted animal lover who lives next door.
As their adventure continues, Peter and his pals find themselves travelling to the Lake District and London in their quest.

James Corden (Peter Rabbit)
James Corden is a 39-year-old British actor and presenter, now best-known for hosting The Late Late Show With James Corden in the States.
Born in Hillingdon, the West Ham supporter started out as a stage actor with parts in musicals, before breaking through as a writer and comedian.
His credits include Gavin and Stacey, The Wrong Mans, presenting A League of Their Own, and musical Into the Woods.
He is married to long-term girlfriend Julia Carey, and together they live in LA with their three children.
Domhnall Gleeson (Mr. McGregor)
Domhnall Gleeson was born in Dublin, Ireland in May 1983.
He is the second child of the award-winning Irish actor Brendan Gleeson.
Domnhall has siblings - Brian, Fergus and Rory Gleeson - with Brian a fellow actor who appeared alongside Domnhall in 2017 movie, Mother!
