Who are LCD Soundsystem?
LCD Soundsystem are an American rock band from Brooklyn, New York fronted by musician James Murphy, the co-founder of DFA Records.
Originally formed in 2002, the band released two Grammy nominated albums as well as a forty-six-minute-long work-out composition for Nike before disbanding in 2011.
The group reunited in late 2015 to launch their fourth studio album, 'American Dream' which went on to become their first number-one album in their home country.

What have they been nominated for at the Brit Awards 2018?
For this year's Brit Awards, LCD Soundsystem has been nominated in the category for Best International Group.
They are going up against Arcade Fire, Foo Fighters, HAIM and The Killers.
Their latest album was nominated for Best Alternative Music Album at this year's Grammy's and their single 'Tonite' earned them the award for Best Dance Recording.

When are the Brit Awards 2018?
The BRIT Awards organisers revealed on Twitter that the 2018 show is going to be held tonight from 8pm.
The show will once again return to The O2 London for the eighth year in a row.
During the legendary ceremony, it will be revealed which bands or artists have got their hands on the coveted BRIT Awards trophies in the various categories including British Single, British Breakthrough and MasterCard British Album of the Year.
