BRITNEY Spears was back working up a sweat in the gym, showing off her impressive abs in a new Instagram video.
The singer was lifting weights and performing push ups, despite recently announcing she was taking a break from working out to spend more time with her family.
The 36-year-old star never looked better in a tight red sports bra and pink polka-dot shorts.
The Toxic singer coordinated her outfit with peach-coloured running shoes.
Britney captioned the snap: "Gearing up for summer!!!"
The video showed the star using dumbbells and kettlebells to sculpt her muscles and impressed with a crab pose.
Just last week, Britney revealed she was back to her old workout schedule after putting it on pause to be with her sons Sean Preston, 12, and 11-year-old Jayden.
She wrote: "I love cardio and sweating, but over doing anything just isn't good.
"It's been nice working out a little less these last few weeks and enjoying my time off with my children!!!!"
The singer has been getting into shape for her forthcoming Piece Of Me show.
The pop princess has been announced as the headline act at Brighton Pride in August.
She’ll then head out to Manchester, Dublin, Glasgow and London, taking in Scarborough along the way.
Brighton Pride tweeted the news last month, tweeting: “We are thrilled to announce that legendary pop icon Britney Spears will be the headline act for Pride on August 4.
“Pride will be the first place in Europe to see the global megastar performing her spectacular Las Vegas show ‘Britney – Piece of Me’”.
