Love Island’s Chris Hughes forgives girlfriend Olivia Attwood after she sent flirty late night messages to ex Bradley Dack
LOVE Island’s Olivia Attwood has spoken out for the first time since she was caught sending messages to her ex boyfriend.
She revealed her and Chris Hughes, 25, are still “fine” despite him discovering the flirty tweets.
The pair have made up and are still together after he has forgiven her.
Speaking at last night’s In The Style Valentine’s Day event which she attended without Chris, Olivia, 26, told the Sun’s Bizarre column: “Me and Chris are fine.
“He couldn’t make it tonight.”
She replied to a video of him on his team Blackburn Rovers’ Twitter account wearing a yellow training top.
Olivia also tweeted him “hey”.
She had also messaged Chris’ Love Island rival Mike Thalassitis who he had branded ‘Muggy’ after he tried to steal Olivia away.
Shortly before 4am on Thursday, the blonde beauty wrote: “And don’t be a p****.”
She has since deleted all of the messages but not before Chris replied to one of tweets “interesting”.
A source close to Chris said: “Chris is obviously gutted and a bit embarrassed by the tweets as he adores Olivia."
Chris and Olivia came out of the ITV2 series as boyfriend and girlfriend but rumours were ignited by pictures of her with kissing Bradley on the neck on a night out.
Sources said Chris was left “furious and heartbroken” by the incident.
The midfielder temporarily deleted his Twitter account following a barrage of abuse.

Olivia later addressed the photos saying: “Make no mistake. I know what I have. Chris is everything people think he is and so much more. He puts up with this wild child like a hero x.”
Chris has had his fair share of controversy in the relationship too.
He was caught kissing a girl in a nightclub which Olivia later revealed had split them up before getting back together again.
