Paddy McGuinness’s wife Christine appears to hide her wedding finger as she’s seen driving near the family home
CHRISTINE McGuinness appeared to hide her wedding finger as she stepped out in Alderley Edge in Cheshire earlier today.
Paddy McGuinness' wife, who wrapped up warm in a red puffer jacket, covered her eyes in over-sized glasses, but even they couldn't hide the solemn look on her face.
Christine was dressed casually in a pair of black skinny jeans and boots as she stepped out on her own - but she kept her left hand in her pocket, hiding her ring finger.
She is said to be considering her future with the Take Me Out host, with pals saying she feels betrayed by snaps of Paddy looking cosy with singer Nicole Appleton.
The pair had swapped flirty online messages for up to ten months, with Canadian-born Nicole liking 178 of his tweets.
They quickly unfollowed each other online after the scandal broke.
The Sun reported Christine is now taking time to consider their future.
A source close to model Christine, 29, said: “She has told him she needs some space and time to think about what to do next for the best.
"She wants to keep talking but needs a breather. She’s been totally devastated by the pictures.
“Christine feels distraught after giving up her life for him, even falling out with family members over him in the past."
She and Paddy, 44, held hour-long showdown talks earlier this week.
Paddy and Nicole, 43, were pictured linking arms during a boozy night out in London on Friday, while Christine remained at their home 200 miles away in the North West with their three children.
Paddy had looked startled when he realised a photographer had spotted him and the singer.
Minutes earlier the pair had spilled out on to a street of bars and restaurants, blending in with other revellers.
After the images emerged, Paddy was seen looking downcast as he remained in London, while back up North, distraught Christine was seen sobbing at the wheel of her car.
Hours after the news became public, Christine wrote in a barbed Instagram post: “Everything happens for a reason. People change so you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so you appreciate them when they’re right. You believe lies so that you eventually learn to trust no-one but yourself.
“Good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”
The couple, wed six years, have twins Penelope and Leo, four, and Felicity, one.
