Survival Of The Fittest reject Joel says James is in LOVE with Sam – but Callum and Maz ‘will never see each other again’ outside The Lodge
JOEL Bennett is the latest hunk to be booted off Survival of the Fittest.
He may have only been in The Lodge for a few days, but that hasn't stop him having plenty to say about his fellow contestants and their love lives.
The muscle-bound reality star joined the ITV2 show on Sunday night replacing ousted Ryan Cleary, but tonight it was his turn to be shown the door.
But on his way out he revealed ALL about the couples that are starting to form on the show.
Asked what he thought about the budding romances he said: "Callum and Maz, although on the outside world would be very mismatched and would probably never meet each other, they seem very genuine. I think they have a real connection.
He went on: "I think Tristan and Mettisse have a real connection. James is starting to look like a giddy little boy, he looks like a man who has fallen in love with Sam."
He also confessed to having feelings for Georgia, he said: "My feelings are romantic for Georgia. She is my type, I fancy her and the biggest stumbling block for me was David.
"Once David gave me the green light to get to know her, from that point on I pursued her because I wanted to get closer to her."
He went on: "I can understand why people think it’s convenient because it was the same day we lost the Team Challenge but for me, feelings are genuine.
"A new Boy might go in, she might fall for someone else but if she doesn’t I’d like to see her on the outside. When she comes out, I’d like to date her."
More Survival of the Fittest
Speaking about his time on the show he said: "My experience in The Lodge has been the best thing I’ve ever done. I met some great people in there, made some new friends for life and had an absolute blast.
He added: "Coming in as the first new lad was a challenge. With the Girls, they’d had so many Replacements by the time I arrived that they were adaptable to change and working as a team quickly with new Girls.
"With the Boys, they’d all been there since day one."
