Jess Shears goes totally naked as she’s covered in body paint in new behind the scenes video
JESS Shears strips completely naked in this exclusive behind-the-scenes look at her latest show-stopping photoshoot.
The Love Island star was covered in body paint as she showed off results of 3D liposuction.
In the timelapse video, Jess can be seen surrounded by a team of make-up artists and hair stylists as she was painted in shades of purple and blue.
With a yellow jumper covering her lap, Jess perched on a stool as the team got to work on her upper body.
She then stood up as they worked around her more intimate areas, creating an eye-catching look with the intricate body paint.
Proving that she isn't lacking any self-confidence, Jess oozed sex appeal as she struck a pose in the shoot, following her recent use of 3D liposuction.
Speaking about the procedure, Jess explained: "After just one session, the cellulite on the back of my thighs is so much smoother, I'm so impressed and can't wait to complete the whole course."
Jess, 24, added: "I'm heading on a trip to Dubai tomorrow, so this has just given me that extra little boost of confidence."
The reality star added: "I'm comfortable in my body, but we do naturally all have things that we feel a bit insecure about, for me that's my thighs and the bit underneath your bra, no matter what I do I find it so hard to tone up there. That's why I think 3D-lipo is great as it's really honing in on my problem areas and I can already notice the difference."
Jess gave fans a glimpse of the procedure in action at the Pro Beauty London event.
Sharing a picture on Instagram, she used the caption: "Had so much fun today at @pro_beauty01 with @3Dlipo - can't believe how quick I'm seeing results. Especially the fat melting - my cellulite is significantly less visible after just one treatment!"
The 3D lipo treatment uses non-surgical technologies including Cryolipolysis, Cavitation and shockwave therapy to sculpt the body in a treatment called The Butterfly Effect.
The star wore just a thong as she patiently stood to be painted on her chest and legs with the pink, blue and turquoise colours.
Jess is using the treatments to get ready for her wedding later this year to Love Island co-star Dom Lever.
In keeping true to their Love Island roots, Jess wore a white bikini and veil, and Dom donned white trunks, while Jeremy Kyle, Kate Garraway, and Charlotte Hawkins watched on.
The shock wedding occurred during their interview with Kate and Jeremy when Richard Arnold showed up and told them he had two rings and asked if they “fancy getting spliced live on Good Morning Britain”.
