Gogglebox’s Sandra Martin admits she was dumped from CBB because she confirmed show appearance on Twitter

SANDRA Martin has admitted she was dumped from Celebrity Big Brother after she confirmed her appearance on the show on Twitter.

The former Gogglebox star signed up to the Channel 5 reality show after her best pal Sandi Bogle convinced her to do it but was later axed after telling her followers weeks before the start date.

Speaking on today's Lorraine, Sandra opened up about why she didn't make it on to the Year of the Woman series which aired last month.

Lorraine said she "could see" Sandra on CBB or I'm A Celebrity and she replied: "I could see myself doing those things.

"But apparently I talked about it so they might not invite me in again."

Lorraine added: "You'd be comedy gold!"

Sandra then quipped: "Put a word in for me with CBB. Also as well, there’s one person I would like to come in there with me – Russell Grant and Honey G. Those are my two..."

Lorraine said: ‘"What a threesome that would be!"

Sandra replied: "Yes, and it would be a threesome too, especially with me and Honey G."

Lorraine laughed and said: "I can imagine, watch this space."

During her chat, Sandra also insisted she's still best pals with Sandi Bogle, even though she hasn't spoken to her former couch mate in a while.

She said: "We are still best friends. I never wanted to be famous again but she wants to do that side of things.

Sandra is currently appearing on ITV's 100 Years Younger in 21 Days which sees her undergo a snail facial and exercise camps in a bid to look more youthful.
