JACK Maynard revealed today exactly what happened backstage when I’m A Celeb producers kicked him out of the jungle.

The shamed vlogger, 23, had his stint on the show cut short after The Sun unearthed racist and homophobic tweets and described his exit as “horrible” and “scary”.

He told Good Morning Britain: “It was pretty horrible, it was quite scary to be honest as I got taken out first thing in the morning, I didn’t know what was going on.

“I went to the medical hut to be greeted by the producers who didn’t really tell me much at the time and said there had been some accusations and they had to take me out of the show.

"I was panicking; I didn’t know what was going on.”

Jack, whose brother is singer Conor Maynard, went on to reveal he didn’t learn what was going on until he got back to the hotel and made some phone calls.

He continued: “I got back to the hotel, I spoke to my manager and my brother, that’s when I really found out what had happened, as I didn’t look online as I didn’t want to see any of it.

“It was completely blown out of my control that’s why I thought it was best to come straight back to London to address the whole thing and apologise.”

Despite being kicked out, Jack says he would like to return to the jungle to get the full experience.

“I think I would go back in to prove myself as I didn’t get the worst of it when I was in there, maybe I deserve it who knows.”

During the show Jack also announced that he will be going on a national tour this year, which will kick off in Glasgow this October.
