What are the sexual harassment allegations against Ryan?
Ryan's former stylist Suzie Hardy has alleged he "grabbed her crotch" multiple times and "rubbed his erect penis against her".
Variety magazine recently revealed more details of allegations first made against the host last year in legal letters sent to Ryan's employer E!
Suzie alleges Ryan sexually harassed her for six years starting in 2007 - claims which Ryan denies.
In a November statement he said: "I dispute these reckless allegations and I plan to cooperate with any corporate inquiries that may result."
And back in January, Ryan was cleared of wrongdoing by US network E! after an "extremely thorough" investigation which found "insufficient evidence to support the claims."
But in the letters, Suzie claimed Ryan subjected her to years of unwanted sexual aggression which included grinding his erect penis against her while he was dressed only in underwear, slapping her buttock so hard that it left visible marks, and groping her vagina.
Suzie alleges that in 2008 Ryan slid his hand under her crotch while walking to the set of E! News.
She claims Ryan asked her "Oh my god, are you going to sue me?" to which Suzie replied: "Not if I stay employed."
Furthermore in 2010, Suzie claims Ryan reached down and "tightly grabbed her vagina" after a conversation about her love life.
She also claimed to bosses that he grabbed her crotch on the E! set.
The single mum told the publication she stayed working for Ryan as she needed to support her family.
She said: "I didn’t know how to deal with it. I was battling finally being in a decent financial position to breathe and be a mum, that I didn’t have to be freaking out all the time, and then dealing with this infantile celebrity person who was testing me on every level and manipulating me and knew that I was in a vulnerable position."
Ryan's lawyer Andrew Baum claimed in a statement that Suzie had previously asked for money to stay silent - allegations which she denies.
He said: “It is upsetting to us that Variety is electing to run a ‘story’ about untrue allegations that we were made against my client, after they were told that the accuser threatened to make those false claims against him unless he paid her $15 million (£10million).
"At that time, the claimant threatened to issue a demonstrably false press statement unless she was paid.
"Instead, my client proactively and publicly denied the claims and agreed to fully cooperate with E!’s investigation about the matter.
"On January 31st the network notified us that their independent third-party investigation had concluded that there was insufficient evidence to support her claims, effectively, clearing my client’s name.
"It’s telling that after my client refused to pay her money, and the E! investigation resulted as it did, that she is now coming forward to share her debunked story to the press.”
