Holly Hagan jets to Australia to rejoin the Geordie Shore cast two years after she sensationally quit the show and claimed it drove her to a nervous breakdown
HOLLY Hagan has flown to Australia to rejoin the Geordie Shore cast two years after she sensationally quit the show and claimed it drove her to a nervous breakdown.
The Sun Online can exclusively reveal MTV bosses have broken the bank to get her back.
Holly, 25, walked away from the show in 2016 and later vowed never to return, but we can now reveal she has finally agreed to make a big comeback.
Bosses at MTV have splashed the cash to tempt her back to the Geordie Shore cast and she's now flown to Australia to join the rest of the stars on the trip Down Under.
Holly will be part of the next series and is due to start filming with her former co-stars Sophie Kasaei and Chloe Ferry as well as newcomers Sam Gowland and Abbie Holborn.
The gang are currently all in Australia to shoot scenes for the 16th series of the saucy show.
Holly previously told The Sun Online that the boozy lifestyle and emotional story lines pushed her to the brink.
However, rumours of a potential comeback started last year after she began spending more time with her former co-stars.
She told us: “I have absolutely no plans whatsoever in my life to ever return to that show, I am completely 100 per cent done with it.
“People watch it and think it’s the most amazing thing in the entire world, but there are a lot of things they never see and many can’t hack it.
“I have a breakdown every series, a complete mental breakdown.
"You put on fifty stone while you’re in there, you finish filming and your kidneys hurt from all the drinking, and you just feel horrible.”
