But Geri, 45, has no intentions of switching from talent show to reality show, and exclusively told The Sun Online why she wouldn't be signing up to any of them.

She said: "Strictly looks like too much hard work learning all those dance routines.

"I’m not a trained dancer so when I was with the girls it always used to take me about four hours longer than everyone else to learn a dance routine.

"It does look like so much fun and I love the show, but too much hard work!

"And I’m not allowed to go into the jungle, my sister has forbidden me to do it because I get hangry."

Despite being banned from the ITV show fronted by Ant and Dec by her family, Geri still thinks she could handle being stuck in the jungle.

She added: "I think I could do all the trials but I wouldn’t feel comfortable eating the bugs and those nasty things.

"If there were snakes and spiders then I could probably zone out for those kinds of things, I’d go to my happy place.

"But I wouldn't feel good about drinking all the flies and bugs."

Geri is so busy she probably wouldn't have time to enter the jungle even if she wanted to, considering the Spice Girls recently reunited to talk about new projects.

Appearing on Sunday Brunch last month, Geri was quizzed about what the band was planning by Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer.

When asked about a reunion, she told them: “We're talking about it.

“We want to do something for our fans and the new generation.

"We are putting all the possibilities out there so watch this space.”

The final of All Together Now airs tonight at 7.15pm on BBC One.
