Victoria Beckham cuddles her mum Jackie and mother-in-law Sandra as she joins husband David, Amanda Holden and Holly Willoughby in sharing the love on Mother’s Day
THE Beckham family and Amanda Holden were among the flurry of stars who paid tribute to all the amazing mums out there with heartfelt Mother’s Day posts on Sunday.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge shared a sweet snap of herself with her two daughters Hollie and Alexa, while David and Victoria, Jessica Wright, Holly Willoughby and Kerry Katona also marked the occasion on social media.
Posting a picture of herself cuddling up to her two girls, Amanda gushed: “#happymothersday to those of us lucky to have a child or to have loved one …. ♥😇 📸 by @emmatunbridge for @kingdomoforigin.”
Her snap came shortly before David and Victoria honoured the leading ladies in their lives, with fashion designer Victoria posing with her mother Jackie and her mother-in-law Sandra.
“Happy Mother’s Day x we love u so much x ✨,” she wrote alongside a snap of her herself cuddling the mummy duo.
After praising his own mum, David then gushed over his long-time spouse, sharing a recent picture of the pair out with their four children.
“Happy Mother’s Day to an amazing mummy to this beautiful little bunch ❤❤❤❤ ,” he enthused.
Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry, who is the mother of five children, rang in the day with a lie-in, before joking that she was eventually kicked out of her own bed.
Ex Towie star Jess dedicated a video montage to her mum Carol Wright, while Piers Morgan cheekily congratulated his mother Gabrielle on “giving birth to a legend”.
Ferne McCann thanked her mum Gilly for “always being there for her”, adding that she and daughter Sunday were “so lucky” to have her in their lives.
Coronation Street star Kym Marsh said that her mother Pauline was “the sunshine in her rain, the light in her darkness and the smile through her tears” in a particularly heart-rending post.
Sharing a snap of the mother-daughter duo looked super glam, she added: “You have taught me everything, how to be there for my children as a friend not just as a parent. Shown me what it is to truly love your children. Taught me how to take care of my family.”
The throwback snaps certainly weren’t in short supply, with Charlotte Crosby sharing an old picture of her mother cradling her as a baby, while Rochelle Humes also posted an image of her mum holding her as a child.
Holly Willoughby joked she was feeling “chuffed” after her son made her a card that read: “I love you more than I love football.”
She followed up the snap with a gorgeous snap of herself and her mother Lynne, writing: “There she is… Happy Mother’s Day… the kindest mama of them all… love you… 💕.”
Geordie Shore star Gaz Beadle honoured his girlfriend and first-time mum Emma McVey for the amazing job she is doing with their newborn son Chester.
He enthused: “You are already doing an amazing job and have been there for me since day 1 when I was nervous and panicking incase I didn’t know what to do.
“your the best mummy ever for Chester so keep doing what your doing… also this new dressing gown look you are rocking everyday I kind of like it … love you Gary and Chester xxx.” (sic)
