Paddy McGuinness pays tribute to wife Christine McGuinness on Mother’s Day after Nicole Appleton drama
PADDY McGuinness has posted a touching tribute to his wife Christine as they work on getting their marriage back on track after the Nicole Appleton drama.
His relationship with Christine was on the rocks last month after we revealed pictures of his cosy night out with Nicole Appleton in London’s Soho.
Taking to Instagram, The Take Me Out presenter posted a cute snap of his wife relaxing with their three children.
The couple are parents to four-year-old twins Leo and Penelope and Felicity, two.
He wrote: "For all the amazing Mums out there. Happy Mother’s day!!! @mrscmcguinness is staying in her jimjams with the mini McGuinty’s. 💖 #mothersday".
It comes after it was revealed that Paddy “won’t appear” on The Real Housewives Of Cheshire alongside his wife Christine.
The Sun exclusively revealed how the 29-year-old model had signed up to the hit ITVBE show earlier this year.
It’s now reported that Take Me Out star Paddy has snubbed the show after wanting to avoid any possible drama.
But after Christine gave Paddy another chance, he’d now rather stay out of the spotlight.
“He is fully supporting her – but from behind the scenes.”
Earlier this week Paddy and Christine were spotted sharing a joke while out near their home in Wilmslow.
A source close to the couple told The Sun on Sunday: “Things were really not good between the couple up until early last week and friends were left fearing for their marriage.
“They have had some very heated and emotional arguments over the last couple of weeks and Paddy obviously had a lot of explaining to do to Christine.
“Christine now believes her husband when he says that nothing romantic happened with Nicole.”
Christine was back at work filming the RHOC last week and she gave a huge hint about her marital status by flashing her massive wedding ring.
She kept the sparkler firmly on in front of the cameras and the symbolic gesture appeared to show she's committed to making her marriage work despite their recent troubles.
