LITTLE Mix fans think Perrie Edwards' latest Instagram post is throwing shade at her ex-fiance Zayn Malik after it was revealed he's split with Gigi Hadid.
The 24-year-old - who Zayn dumped by text - posted a picture of herself sticking her tongue out with the caption: "Tiniest bit of sun."
Fans were quick to suspect that the photo was an indirect snipe at her ex Zayn, who dumped Perrie by text back in 2015 and went on to strike up a romance with US supermodel Gigi.
One person commented: "Shade" while someone else said: "Is this because your ex left his girlfriend?"
Another added: ";THIS IS A SHOUT OUT TO MY EX".
It comes after Little Mix fans bombarded Zayn Malik with karma memes about his former fiancee Perrie Edwards.
The Sun revealed yesterday that Zayn, 25, and Gigi, 22, had called it quits after two years together.
Little Mix fans went wild over the news and the couldn't resit poking fun at Zayn over his new single status.
They flooded Twitter with memes about karma, mocking the singer for his treatment of Perrie.
One wrote: "Zayn got his karma for breaking off the engagement with Perrie via text message lol."
Another added: "I'm laughing so hard because of Gigi and Zayn. Karma is real."
Perrie, who is now dating footballer Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, previously opened up about how Zayn ended their four-year romance and broke off their engagement in a single text message.
In Little Mix's book, Our World, she revealed she was left homeless after Zayn turfed her out.
She wrote: "After I split with my partner, out of the blue, I had nowhere to go...
"I realised I was homeless. I was crying every day, dreading coming back [to Britain].
"It was horrible, the worst time in my life. A four-year relationship, two year engagement ended by a simple text message.
"Just like that. Even though things in my career were going really well, it was incredibly difficult for me.";
