Radio 1 host Maya Jama starts house-hunting after romance with grime star hits the skids
STORMZY isn’t going to be blinded by MAYA JAMA’s grace for much longer.
I can reveal his ex has already been house-hunting for a flat in South London after their romance hit the rocks this week.
They were living at his in Chelsea, but Radio 1 host Maya, furious at the rapper’s wild lifestyle, has decided she has had enough – putting an end to grime music’s answer to JAY Z and BEYONCE.
A source said: “Maya and Stormzy are splitting up and she wants to move out.
“She has been ringing estate agents, and her reps and friends have been looking at flats for her.
“They barely see each other because of work, and the flat is full of his mates playing Xbox, smoking and ordering takeaways at all hours.
“They had a big row in a club last week. She wants space and time to herself.”
Yesterday Stormzy re-followed Maya on Instagram after cutting her out of his network on the site just a day before.
Maya has remained following him in a bid to keep things friendly.
Clearly that hasn’t deterred her from wanting to unfollow him around the household.

Tweedy: I need a new label
THROUGH her five albums with GIRLS ALOUD and her four solo releases one thing has remained constant for CHERYL TWEEDY – her record company.
The Fight For This Love singer has released all of her music through Polydor or imprint Fascination, but her face disappeared from their website this week.
I can confirm she has left the label and is now in talks to find a new home within Polydor parent company Universal Music, who she still has a contract with. The good news for Cheryl is that she is steaming ahead with her new album, which is due out this autumn, and she has reunited with Miranda Cooper, who penned many of Girls Aloud’s biggest hits.
A source close to the singer said: “Cheryl is still signed to Universal but is exploring which label she will put music out with.
“There wasn’t anyone left at Polydor who worked with her in the past so it seemed the right time for a change.
“She is still contracted to Universal so now it’s a case of figuring out which label has the correct fit for the direction she’s going in.
The music is at an exciting stage though, and everyone is working towards releasing the album this autumn.”
Cheryl has already worked with NAUGHTY BOY on the album and is hoping Miranda will help develop a new sound.
Miranda was responsible for hits including Sound of the Underground, Love Machine, The Promise, Call The Shots, Something Kinda Ooooh, Can’t Speak French, Biology and No Good Advice.
The source added: “Miranda was vital in making Girls Aloud such a success.
“She is a master at making out-and-out pop bangers, and that is exactly what Cheryl wants this album filled with.”
Cheryl has had five No1 solo singles but I for one am glad she is going back to her real pop roots.
Any Girls Aloud-style tunes will be winners for me.

SHIA LABEOUF isn’t too pleased with KANYE WEST. The rapper cleared out Shia’s wardrobe for a pop-up shop he never created.
The actor said he hasn’t heard from Kanye since, adding: “The dude has a lot of my s**t.”
The eyes Hadid
HIS relationship is over and once again ZAYN MALIK has something to remember his ex by.
The singer’s tattoo of GIGI HADID’s eyes on his chest was visible as he walked about topless and smoking in Miami this week.
Previously he had a portrait of PERRIE EDWARDS on his arm which he had covered up after their split in 2015.
I revealed on Tuesday that Zayn and Gigi had called time on their two-year romance, with the pair later confirming my story.
On Wednesday, LITTLE MIX singer Perrie, who Zayn dumped by text, shared six stunning snaps on her Instagram account, including one of her poking her tongue out. Maybe it’s a Shout Out To Her Ex.

DUA LIPA has had to drop out of supporting BRUNO MARS on his Aussie tour after emergency dental surgery.
She tweeted: “I’ve been performing with an awful pain due to my wisdom teeth and had to have them removed.”
AWKS!
CHRIS HUGHES and OLIVIA ATTWOOD did loads of horsing around in their relationship.
And they are still at it.
Despite their explosive split last month, the Love Island losers reunited at race meeting Cheltenham Festival on Wednesday for the most toe-curling photoshoot in the history of reality TV. Awkward.

Teaser Louisa
LOUISA JOHNSON is back and ready to conquer the charts with new track Yes, which is out on Thursday.
The catchy tune, featuring US rapper 2 CHAINZ, is set to be the X Factor 2015 winner’s sexiest single yet.
Louisa said: “There’s nothing out there that makes me want to strip, so I recorded a song that just makes you want to take your clothes off.”
And judging by this pic from ASBO magazine, the tune has already had the desired impact on Louisa, as she got down to just a sports bra and trackies for the shoot.
She’s certainly still got the X Factor.

Rudimental releasing a third album this year
RUDIMENTAL will release their third album this year – with an extra special guest.
After teaming up with JAMES ARTHUR on Sun Comes Up and JESS GLYNNE for These Days, which is set to hit No1 tomorrow, they will once again be joined by ANNE-MARIE.
Confirming the news, band member DJ LOCKSMITH said: “She’s a beautiful character, a beautiful vocalist and she’s going to be a star for the future. She’s definitely going to be on the album, 100 per cent.”
Anne-Marie is believed to be dating his bandmate KESI DRYDEN. But DJ Locksmith, who will play London’s Alexandra Palace with the group on October 27, wouldn’t confirm rumours, saying: “Kesi is my best friend but what he gets up to in his spare time, he never tells me.”

Harry's song comes out
WHEN I sat down with HARRY STYLES last year and asked about rumours around his sexuality, he insisted he had “never felt the need” to define it.
Now his new song Medicine is likely to get people talking even more.
He performed it in Paris on Tuesday as he kicked off his world tour, with his girlfriend, model CAMILLE ROWE, and his mum Anne in the audience.
Harry sang: “The boys and the girls are in, I’ll mess around with them, and I’m OK with it.”
Believe me, his fans are sure to have plenty to say about that. When he spoke to me he added: “I don’t feel it’s something I have to explain about myself.”
The former ONE DIRECTION singer has never gone public with his current relationship, though I revealed it in July last year.
I’m sure she will inspire his next love tunes instead.
