Zayn Malik to ‘ditch most of second album’ because of Gigi Hadid split

The former One Direction singer recorded his second album as an ode to his now-ex girlfriend, and now he wants to scrap the songs and record songs about their breakup.

ZAYN Malik’s fans could end up waiting even longer for the singer’s second album – because the tracks he has recorded were all about his love for now-ex girlfriend Gigi Hadid.

The former One Direction star had written and recorded more than 30 songs about the supermodel, but now he wants to scrap them from the album and write new music about their split.

A source told the newspaper: “Zayn has been hard at work on this album for about 18 months.
