Ben Fogle jumps into the freezing cold Arctic sea totally naked as he posts skinny dipping pics on Instagram
BEN Fogle stripped completely naked as he enjoyed a spot of skinny dipping in the Artic on Monday.
The 44-year-old, who is currently travelling Norway, is known for his love of the great outdoors, and has fronted television shows such Castaway 2000, Countryfile and Extreme Dreams.
Taking to Instagram today, Ben wrote: "Monday morning skinny dip in the arctic #mondaymotivation#brassmonkeys".
Sharing some cheeky snaps of his bare bum to his social media, Ben added: "Hope this makes you smile.
"Cold is weakness leaving the body. #mondaymotivation".
Commenting, one fan wrote: "OMG Ben, you've definitely made my day" while someone else said: "Nice tan lines!"
Another follower added: "Haha!! Love it!! Swimming naked is the best!!"
It comes after Ben's wife, Marina Fogle said that the couple are bringing up their kids up in a "naked house" wheretehy can be "honest" with their children when it comes down to sex and body image issues.
Writing in the , she said: "I’ve never been shy about my body, and Ben and I enjoy piling in to the bath with our children.
"I've never been prudish about them seeing me naked, and they certainly aren’t fazed by it. However, as Ludo matures emotionally and physically, I have wondered whether I ought to reconsider our blasé attitude to nudity.
"I heave a sigh of relief that my imperfect body – cesarean-scarred and stretch-marked, and with breasts that bear the hallmarks of two well-fed babies – is still serving to give my children a healthy view of what a normal body looks like in a world of Instagram filters.

"If my years of parenting have taught me anything, it’s that honesty, although not always easy, is your friend."
Marina also revealed that she's honest with her kids when it comes to sex.
She added: "Talking about sex is crucial, and having honest conversations with your children will make them, certainly in the long term, respect you and admire your bravery."
