Who is Katie Kane?
Katie is the identical twin sister of Real Housewives of Cheshire star Rachel Lugo.
The 44-year-old grew up in Cheshire along with her twin, and their other two sisters.
She now lives in Gibraltar with her husband and two teenage sons.
Katie is a keen showjumper, although her horse, Zak, sadly passed away in March 2018.
