Coronation Street spoilers: Gary Windass tracks down Pat Phelan to his caravan hideaway – but Joel refuses to confront him
Viewers were stunned this week when it emerged Phelan survived his confrontation with wife Eileen
GARY Windass will track down murderer Pat Phelan in an upcoming episode of Coronation Street after the villain's narrow escape from death.
Keen for Phelan to get his comeuppance, Gary and Joel find the caravan he's been hiding in, but it remains to be seen whether they confront him.
Phelan's hair and beard are now white and he is wearing glasses in a bid to go under the radar.
However, when Gary and Joel spot a man carrying water to his caravan they realise it is still unmistakably him.
But Joel appears to get cold feet, shouting: "He's a psycho! I'm leaving."
In between takes the three actors chatted away happily as they discussed the scene.

Just days ago viewers were left stunned when it was revealed Phelan is still alive.
Fans of the show had watched as he confessed to his crimes, before falling to his "death" at the hands of wife Eileen Grimshaw.
It's since been revealed the murderer survived the fall and icy temperatures.
As his wife Eileen sat in a police interview room being grilled about her husband’s murderous ways, viewers were stunned to see a battered and bruised Phelan tending to his wounds in a B&B.
As he patched himself up fans mused about his next move, with some believing he would soon vanish without a trace leaving Eileen to pay for his crimes.
Others thought the villain was biding his time and would return to the cobbles to take his revenge on those that had wrong him.
