The popstar cut the price of her luxurious Beverly Hills mansion after unsuccessfully trying to sell it for a year
GWEN Stefani has slashed £4m off the price of her Beverly Hills mega-mansion.
According to listing records, the singer discounted the incredible estate – with a pool, gym, tennis court and outdoor bar – on Tuesday after failing to sell it since it went on the market at £20m a year ago.
The lavish multi-building site has also been home to fellow popstar Jennifer Lopez.
The hollaback girl has owned the property for more than a decade, as she bought the home with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale in 2006.
Gwen hired designer Kelly Wearstler to design the homes vibrant and contemporary interiors.
J-Lo owned the home from 2000 to 2004.
There’s no excuse no to exercise, as the mansion has a huge separate gym
It’s perhaps been so popular with celebrities because the mansion it sits behind two gates and a 250-foot drive, making it a perfect recluse.
The main home opens into an impressive foyer, which is decked with decadent black and white marble.
Gwen has also added glamour to her walk-in closet and master bathroom by lining the walls with a clash of black and gold stone.
The living room centers around a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and magenta couch.
The songstress shouldn’t be short of money though, as she has just announced she will be hosting a residency in Las Vegas.
Caesars Entertainment announced on Tuesday that her residency would begin in June at the Zappos Theater inside the Planet Hollywood casino and resort.
The show, titled ‘Gwen Stefani – Just a Girl’, will celebrate the breadth of her musical career.
She said in a statement that having a show in Las Vegas is “an incredible honor.”
A source told that Stefani thought over the Vegas residency for a while because she wanted her boyfriend Blake Shelton and her three sons to approve of the gig.
