Coronation Street’s Catherine Tyldesley shows off her incredible figure in bright blue bikini while on family holiday in Abu Dhabi
CATHERINE Tyldesley looks incredible in a bright blue bikini as she holidays in Abu Dhabi.
The 34-year-old who plays Eva Price in Coronation Street appeared happy and relaxed as she spent time with her husband Tom Pitford and their son Alfie, three.
The family were seen spending quality time together as the couple played with Alfie in the sea, before Catherine leant against Tom and watched their boy paddle.
Catherine proudly showcased her toned figure on the beach, after recently revealing she once weighed 15 stone and was a dress size 22.
She told The Mirror: “I took control of my weight, and I slowly and steadily lost more than 5st.
“Along the way, I learned to understand just how important a healthy, balanced diet is. It sparked my huge interest in healthy living and nutrition.”
The star also hinted this week that she would like to have another baby soon – after previously revealing she wanted four.
Speaking to OK! magazine she said: “I think four is very ambitious, but I would love another one at some point.”
Catherine also spoke about her experience of hypnobirthing – self-hypnosis for labour.
She said: “I did it and I loved it. I found it really helped at the start.
“I meditated most days during the pregnancy and found it really useful. That’s great for mum and baby.
“Hypnobirthing got me through those first two days after he was born, too.”
Catherine is leaving Corrie after seven years on the show and said she would be a “wreck” shooting her last scenes.
She said: “I feel emotional. Corrie was always my dream job and something I hoped I would do one day.
“I’ve loved every second of being there. When I went to see [producer] Kate Oates to tell her I wanted to leave, it was so difficult.
“She’s been phenomenal for Eva and me. Ironically, I feel happier at Corrie than I ever have done.”
Catherine and personal trainer Tom have been together for four years.
She said of their whirlwind relationship: “‘We just clicked straight away. Within the first couple of months I thought, this is a game changer.
“This is totally different to anything I’ve experienced before.”
