TRISTAN Thompson spent time with a FIFTH woman while girlfriend Khloe Kardashian was pregnant, according to reports.
The NBA star, 27, has been pictured with the mystery female and stayed with her in the same New York hotel, dined out together and went clubbing, according .
Named by sources as Tania, she even travelled to Boston to watch him play for the Cavaliers, it is reported.
In the pictures, Tania was seen exiting a club in a pair of tight, white trousers, a cropped top and short denim jacket.
With a black choker and metallic ankle boots completing her look, she stepped out of the venue with a big smile on her face and into an SUV just moments before the Cleveland Cavaliers star.
Tristan then emerged with his head covered by a white hooded top, looking much more stony faced than his female companion.

In another set of photographs, Tania was pictured leaving the same hotel as where Tristan was staying dressed for work in a mid-length black coat and boots.
Hours later, the basketball star emerged, pulling a wheeled suitcase behind him as he once again wore a white hooded top.
Khloe gave birth today to a baby girl with her famous family and Tristan by her side.
But the mystery girl, the latest in a string of women, was first spotted back in November and seen with the disgraced sportsman less than a month ago.
Tristan is accused of cheating on Khloe, 33, with four other girls.
The Sun Online revealed a video of the basketball star appearing to kiss a model in a crowded bar in New York.
