Victoria Beckham reveals she works out for two hours a day and still has time to do the school run before work
The mum-of-four certainly puts in the work on her toned physique
VICTORIA Beckham has revealed her slim figure is the result of working out for two hours everyday.
The former Spice Girl, 44, admitted she doesn't slack when it comes to exercising and fits her fitness sessions around the school run.
Speaking to , the fashion designer said: "I get up, do half my workout, take the kids to school in my workout gear, then go back and finish off my workout before I go to work.
The star also credits working out with helping her clear the head space to successfully run her fashion empire.
And the fashion mogul isn't averse to incorporating some fun into her exercise regime, admitting it can involve dancing to her favourite songs.
She confessed: "I work out every day, it's the time when I get to think. I put on loud music and I dance.
"It's two hours a day when I turn off the phone and I focus on me and clear my mind at the same time. I use the time to get inspired and get my head ready for the day."
Last year, Victoria told Vogue Nederland that she also enlists the help of a personal trainer.
She said: "I go for a three mile run every morning and I work out for an hour with a personal trainer, which gives me just enough time to get to the kitchen to puree Romeo's avocados."
Victoria's revelation comes as she continues to holiday with her family in Los Angeles during the school holidays.
The famous clan have been pictured hanging out at Disneyland and yesterday celebrated Victoria's actress pal Eva Longoria receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The trip also coincides with Victoria's 44th birthday today, which the beauty marked last night by sharing a clip of herself and her four children; Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 13, and Harper, six.
Taking to Instagram, Posh, donning an all-white ensemble, shared a snap of her brood , saying: "Birthday eve with my babies x love u so much @davidbeckham kisses x".
