Sam Faiers fans convinced star is engaged after surprise The Mummy Diaries ‘proposal’ scenes
SAM Faiers’ fans are convinced she is engaged to her partner Paul Knightley.
At the end of the latest episode of the reality star’s ITVBe series The Mummy Diaries, she could be seen holding up a sign that said: “Will you…”
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Sam was holidaying with Paul and their children Paul and Rosie when she appeared to pop the question whilst scuba diving in a giant fish tank at Atlantis, The Palm, in Dubai.
A nervous-looking Paul watched through the glass, exclaiming: “What’s she doing?!”
And viewers reacted with mixed opinions after seeing the clip, which appeared at the end of the programme as part of next week’s trailer.
Britain’s Got Talent finalist, actress and funnywoman Francine Lewis Tweeted: “#mummydiaries is the best thing on TV, should watch it all night! Please don’t say Sam pops the question #mummydiaries.”
Another viewer wrote: “I can’t wait until NEXT WEEK to see if @SamanthaFaiers proposed to Paul!!?? Biggest shock! I wasn’t expecting that #MummyDiaries.”
Another fan posted: “OMG @SamanthaFaiers is gonna pop the question. Bet big Paul is sweating! Well done Sam!! #mummydiaries.”
The Sun Online has approached a representative for Sam for comment.
Sam, who has been in a relationship with Paul since 2014, sparked rumours they were set to marry in October last year after the reality star was seen sporting a sparkling ring.
At the time she did not confirm if the couple were set to walk down the aisle.
In July last year Sam announced she was expecting for the second time.
Revealing her happy news on Instagram, she wrote: “Words can’t describe how excited we are to meet you baby. We love you soooo much already. #babynumber2 #2under.”
The Essex local gave birth to baby daughter Rosie in November last year.
She welcomed son Paul into the world in December 2015.
