Who is Belle Dingle?
Belle is the daughter of Zak and Lisa Dingle on Emmerdale.
She was born on Christmas Day 1998.
Lisa was unaware that she was pregnant so when she unexpectedly went into labour, vet Paddy Kirk delivered Belle.
When Belle was a teenager her test results showed that she was in the cleverest two per cent of children her age and Rosemary King paid for her to go to private school.
What is Belle Dingle's mental illness?
Belle Dingle suffers from schizophrenia.
This means that she can hear voices, which are often disturbing such as "Belle, Belle - you can't ignore us".
Belle's troubles started in 2014 when she accidentally killed her friend Gemma Andrews and was charged with manslaughter.
She was later sectioned after taking an overdose and as a result was diagnosed with the illness.

Who is Eden Taylor-Draper?
Eden Taylor-Draper, 20, is an actress from Selby, North Yorkshire.
She first appeared as Belle Dingle in 2005.
The role was previously played by twins Emily and James Mather who first appeared on screen at 10 days old.
Eden and Luke Tittensor won Spectacular Scene Of The Year at the British Soap Awards 2006 for the Belle fell down a mineshaft storyline.
She also bagged Best Dramatic Performance from a Young Actor or Actress at the British Soap Awards and Best Young Actor at the Inside Soap Awards in 2007
She has been dating her boyfriend Ed Lewis since 2016.
When she was nine she starred in a short film The Cardiac Oak.
