Michelle Keegan says she DOES want babies with Mark Wright – but not yet
MICHELLE Keegan has revealed she does want to have children with Mark Wright, but isn’t ready just yet.
The 30-year-old, who has been married to former Towie star Mark since 2015, told magazine: “I definitely want kids in the future, but nothing is planned yet.”
The actress is currently concentrating on her career, which has gone from strength to strength since she left Coronation Street.
Her husband, 31, currently lives in LA for work and Michelle admits she hasn’t ruled out working there.
“I’ve got an agent and if a job comes up than I’d love to work in America. I had a few meetings while I was there and met some really good people,” she said.
“I know a lot of actors in the UK do what I did – it’s about getting the meetings in. It was good fun.”
Michelle recently revealed she has some rules in place to help keep her long distance relationship with Mark going.
Last year the couple were forced to spend months apart while she filmed Our Girl in South Africa and Mark started his job for Extra in Hollywood.
The star, who plays Georgie Lane in the BBC drama, revealed they try not to spend more than three weeks apart at a time and they now rely on Facetime to catch up on each other's lives every day - and text all the time too.
Speaking to magazine, Michelle - who has just launched her new fashion line, Michelle Keegan for Very - said: "We try not to spend more than three weeks apart, although the longest we've gone is six weeks which was really difficult.
"We miss each other and staying in is our favourite date night. A lot of the time I don't think about where we are. If Mark is there it's home for me."
