Amanda Holden in age rage spat with BGT boss Simon Cowell
BRITAIN’S Got Talent boss Simon Cowell has accused Amanda Holden of having a showbiz age – and says she is 50 not 47.
This weekend Simon and his fellow judges will throw her a 50th birthday bash, three years older than the ageless star claims she is.
After Amanda clocks the happy 50th banners, she says: “Oh my god, I’m only 47.”
But show chief Simon, 58, tells her: “I think we all know, in the entertainment business we have what we call the ‘work age’ and then we have the real age.”
She then tells Simon and her fellow judges — David Walliams, 46, and Alesha Dixon, 39 — that she “f*****g hates” them.
Amanda, who said she packed in botox after the birth of daughter Hollie in 2012, also made a birthday wish.
Asked what she wanted to mark her big day, she added: “Another 80 years in show business.”
In last year’s show mum-of-two Amanda was left furious when boss Simon made a comment about her surgical treatments on air.
