Gabby Allen insisted she trusted Marcel Somerville ‘100%’ just days before dumping him for cheating
GABBY Allen claimed she had total faith in Marcel Somerville days before it emerged he slept with another woman while they were on holiday.
Gabby, 26, and Marcel, 32, have split after the news of his cheating during a trip to Mexico emerged, but the blonde fitness fanatic insisted just a few days ago the Love Island pair were “besotted with each other”.
The Sun revealed yesterday the Blazin' Squad star bedded another woman behind Gabby’s back while they were on a romantic break together.
The woman showed Gabby incriminating messages from Marcel, suggesting they meet for “day sex” while Gabby worked out.
The unnamed woman and Marcel even kissed at the hotel in full view of other guests before heading to her room to sleep together.
When Gabby found out a pal said she was physically sick. But just days before she had gushed to the : “Obviously people want a story and everyone wants us to fail but we're absolutely fine.
“We're quite good, we try to ignore all the input from the outside world. We're in a relationship together, not with anyone else. You have to take it with a pinch of salt.
“We trust each other, I trust him and I hope he trusts me too. We've never had any problems in that respect, I've never not trusted him in any way.”
She added: “People want to see you together. I would never want to be in relationship for the sake of everybody else.
“At the end of the day, you only live once and life is so short so why would you spend it with someone you don't want to be with.”

However, since learning of Marcel’s love rat ways Gabby’s pal added: “She is mortified that he would do this when she was in the same hotel as him, so she's terrified to think about what he's done when she's not been around.”
