PICTURES of Dan Osbone cosying up to Gabby Allen on a yacht last week may have sealed the fate of his crumbling marriage to Jacqueline Jossa.

The pair are seen looking very close on deck with Dan lying down next to Gabby - who split from boyfriend Marcel Somerville days after the snaps - appearing deep in conversation with her.

The pair were enjoying a holiday at The Holistic Bootcamp in Marbella alongside Steph Davis and Callum Best.

Earlier today, The Sun revealed the couple have decided to 'take a break' from the relationship after a series of rows caused by Dan spending time away working at the bootcamp.

Former EastEnders actress Jacqueline, 25, is eight months pregnant with their second child and the married couple are already parents to daughter Ella, three.

A source claims: "Dan and Jacqueline are on a break right now. He's living at a friend's house.

"When he went away to the bootcamp in Marbella, it caused all sorts of rows because she's 31 weeks, almost 32 weeks pregnant.

"She wants him around. They still want things to work out, but they're living apart right now."

However, Dan denied he was getting "cosy" with Gabby in a comment posted on his Instagram today.

In response to a fan, Dan wrote: "Cosy with another woman. I am speaking and laughing with a friend.

"But of course a man and and a woman can't be friends in this day and age can they.

"Also you don't know me, don't know how I act.'"

Gabby split with her Love Island beau Marcel after she discovered he bedded another woman behind her back when they were on holiday together.

Last week Dan and Jacqueline unfollowed each other on Instagram just after he left for Spain and while she followed him back on Saturday night, he no longer follows her.

When The Sun Online asked Dan about Jacqueline's pregnancy at Sellebrity Soccer this weekend, Dan said "she's great" and cut the conversation short.

Jacqueline started dating Dan back in 2014 and briefly split at the beginning of their relationship.

She today broke her silence following the split and urged fans to "talk about something positive", asking them to vote for her in the forthcoming soap awards.
