Celebrity Juice fans in stitches as Joey Essex gets beaten up by a dwarf and recreates famous ET scenes
JOEY Essex fans were in hysterics whilst watching Celebrity Juice tonight as The Only Way Is Essex star was beaten by stick-wielding dwarf called Karl.
The reality favourite was also terrorised by a scary-looking clown as he played a game on the show before he was given a shock by a person in a Scream mask hiding in a bin that jumped out on him brandishing a fake knife.
A frightened Joey ran from the costumed characters, screaming: “I’ve ruined my Gucci jeans. F***s sake!”
The TOWIE cast member was tasked with the job of finding a Japanese businessman called Eiji who had previously appeared on the show after host Keith Lemon told him he had failed to return to his home country.
Joey items from the Far East out of the studio and was guided by his teammates Holly Willoughby, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara from inside.
He was led to Eiji who was sitting in a basket on the front of a bike with a blanket wrapped around his head, just like in famous scenes from the film E.T.
Reem Joey rode the bike back into the studio and parked up in front of a green screen, and was then seen flying through the air on the vehicle.
And his fans couldn’t get enough, with many taking to Twitter to say how funny they thought he was.
One person wrote: “Oh my goodness “JoeyEssex_ is absolutely killing me on #celebrityjuice tonight. I’m crying.”
Another viewer told Joey: “@JoeyEssex_ you crack me up. Watching you search for Eidi is soooo funny. Yea Joey what you sayin.”
Someone else remarked: “I think @CelebJuice must have run short on ideas how to take the piss outta @JoeyEssex_ because they just straight up battered him this time #CelebJuice.”
Joey later amused viewers when he struggled to work out how many sides there were to a box that he was wearing on his head.
He was forced to count down each side from inside the box.
One viewer tweeted: “Joey Essex trying to count how many sides a box has hahaha #CelebJuice.”
