Who is Alex Jennings?

Alex was born on May 10, 1957, in Essex and went to school in Hornchurch.

He is an English actor who has worked extensively with the Royal Shakespeare Company and National Theatre.

A three-time Olivier Award winner, he won for Too Clever by Half, Peer Gynt and My Fair Lady.

He married landscape gardener Lesley Moors in 2012 but they first met in 1975 and have been together ever since.

They have two grown-up children, Ralph and Georgia.

Who does Alex play in Unforgotten?

Alex plays Dr Tim Finch in the third series of the crime drama.

He is one of four men who form a “close-knit group of old school friends that have stood by one another through thick and thin”.

He and his three old schoolfriends, played by Neil MorrisseyJames Fleet and Kevin McNally, are placed under the spotlight when the body of a girl is found by the M1.
