Celine Dion’s son René-Charles,17, is an up-and-coming rapper who’s already had a taste of chart stardom
CELINE Dion's son René-Charles has already had secret chart success and is a budding rapper - aged just 17.
Rene looks set to be following in the footsteps of his Grammy Award winning mother and late music producer father Rene Angelil.
Celine's son Rene-Charles is her eldest child with late music producer husband René who passed away at the age of 73 back in January 2016 following a long battle with throat cancer.
And now, the 17-year-old rapper is following in his musical parents' footsteps.
He released two songs on Monday night and is already at the top of the R&B and Soul chart in the 'New & Hot' category on SoundCloud.
Rapping under the name "Big Tip", he proudly wrote on social media on Tuesday: "I woke up like dis.... #ChartTopper."
He shared a snap of two of his The Weeknd covers which are already at the top of the R&B and Soul chart in the "New & hot" category on SoundCloud.
The popular tracks are called Catwalks (Sidewalks Remix) and Loft Music Remix.
Meanwhile Celine gave a rare insight into life with her youngest boys last year as she shared a snap of her twin sons Nelson and Eddy to celebrate their seventh birthday.
The Canadian singer declared herself a "proud mum" as she hugged her sons in a rehearsal room for the happy picture.
Celine wrote: "Can’t believe you are already 7 years old… Time flies!
"Happy birthday, my loves! I'm so proud of all of my boys! Mom xx..."
The little lads were born on October 23 2010 when Celine was 42 and their dad was 67 years old.
Celine was devastated when fellow Canadian Rene died of cancer, two days before his 74th birthday.

The couple had first met when Celine was just 12 and Rene became her manager before mortgaging his house to fund her first album in 1981.
When Celine was 18 they began a relationship, though Rene was 46 years old at the time.
Initially the couple struggled to conceive but they had Rene-Charles in 2001, before Celine suffered a miscarriage in 2009.
Then they had their twins a year later, and they were named Eddy, after Eddy Marnay, who produced Celine's first five albums, and Nelson Angélil, after former South African president Nelson Mandela.
