Coronation Street spoilers: Nicola Rubinstein unconscious as fans fear Pat Phelan has returned to kill his pregnant daughter
NICOLA Rubinstein lies unconscious on the floor as Coronation Street fans fear Pat Pherlan has returned to kill her.
The ITV soap has revealed a spoiler picture showing an unconscious heavily pregnant Nicola laying on the floor of her house after apparently suffering an accident, or as fans suspect, being attacked by her murderer father.
Her step-mother Eileen Grimshaw stands above her looking terrified as an unknown man lurks above them both, and fans think it's the killer builder having made his return.
Commenting on the picture, fans are convinced Phelan has returned to kill his daughter and her unborn child.
One wrote: "Is that not Phelan stood in pic, looks like his bag??"
A second asked: "Is that Phelan?"
Another commented: "I think Phelan did something to make this happen..."
Fans could be onto something as the builder with a shocking disregard for the life of his fellow man is set to return to the cobbles like a vengeful hurricane.
A bruised and battered Phelan (Connor McIntyre) has been lying low away from Weatherfield after going on a killing spree.
But his evil run isn’t over just yet and despite his absence he’s still been keeping a close eye on those he feels have wronged him and on those he may wish to take his revenge.
So when Gary tracks Phelan down to a campsite in Wales and drags him back to the street, his pent up fury is unleashed.
A new trailer sees the residents reel in shock and horror as they realise Phelan has been watching their every move.
As he lurks around each corner we see there is nowhere to hide from Pat as he wreaks his villainous revenge.
