RICHARD Madeley and Judy Finnigan's daughter Chloe suffered a fashion fail at the Royal Wedding when she arrived at church exposing her shoulders and flashing her cleavage in a low-cut dress.
The rules of etiquette say women cover their shoulders in church and wear a hat to cover their head.
But Chloe Madeley decided take the risqué decision to wear a strappy, low-cut dress instead of covering her shoulders.
Etiqutte experts say women should "cover one's shoulders, wear a hat to cover one's head and not wear anything garnish or to garner attention".
Chloe's pink dress had a pleated skirt and tasselled belt and fell below the knee.
She arrived at the church with her boyfriend James Haskell who is an English rugby payer.
