LOVE Island newbie Kendall Rae Knight got engaged last year and was dumped just three months later.
The sexy star was left brokenhearted and forced to move out of the home she shared with her man Michael Clark after he ditched her.
The former beauty queen, 26, who hails from Blackpool, was with "soulmate" Michael for five years by the time he popped the question but the engagement only last 12 weeks.
He proposed on the beach at sunset during a romantic break in the Dominican Republic.
Kendall, who is part of the 2018 Love Island cast, was thrilled to be engaged and shared snaps of her lavish engagement ring on social media.
She wrote: "I left my boyfriend in the Caribbean, instead I'll be returning home with a fiance..."
The stunner, who will shoot to fame on the saucy show, added that they she'd always known they were destined to "grow old disgracefully together".
However, just three months after their engagement Kendall was single again and looking for a new home after being forced to leave the house she shared with Michael.
She moved into her new place shortly after Christmas and declared she's starting a new life in 2018.
Kendall explained: "New Year, New Home.
"It was tough leaving my old home and all the beautiful memories I made there but time to move onwards and upwards!"
She shared messages about her heartache, but insisted she was determined to bounce back from her broken relationship.
In a poignant post on Instagram, Kendall shared: "Everything is going to be alright.
"Maybe not today, or tomorrow, or even a month from now.
"But eventually, everything will fall into place and you'll find that peace and happiness you deserve."
After joining Love Island, she said of her ex Michael: "I was with my ex for five years...
"My ex would definitely say I’m really laid back, because I’m very chilled out.
"Even now, with everything that’s happened, there’s no bad blood between us.

"It was never a fiery relationship or break up.
"I do think he’ll hate seeing me on this show.
"He would never think I would do something like this. I see it very much as ‘one door closes, another opens.’
"Why shouldn’t I do this and take the opportunity?"
Other stars of this year's Love Island include Danny Dyer's daughter Dani, who was revealed as a contestant by The Sun Online earlier this month.
Others in the line-up include flight attendant Laura Anderson, model Hayley Hughes and West End star Samira Mighty.
Love Island 2018 kicks off on Monday at 9pm on ITV2.
