Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong’s divorce will go ahead despite reports she’s supporting him in post-rehab recovery

ANT McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong are still divorcing despite claims she has been supporting him in his post-rehab recovery, according to reports.

The 42-year-old presenter announced their plans to divorce in January after 11 years of marriage.

Since then, Ant has had a second stint in rehab following his drink-drive accident in March, and this week's Woman magazine claims Lisa is in frequent contact with her estranged husband.

A source told the mag that Lisa had been Ant's "rock", adding: "They speak on the phone all the time and, particularly when he's having a weak moment, Ant knows Lisa is there to get him through."

They also claimed Lisa had given up wine in support of Ant and potentially "save" their marriage.

Meanwhile Ant's TV partner Declan Donnelly began hosting the Britain's Got Talent live semi-finals alone last night. 

Before the show he posted a sweet picture of his dog Rocky who he had brought along for "moral support".

One viewer said: "Dec without Ant is actually heartbreaking #BGT".

Another said: "As good as Dec is on his own, I miss Ant. #BGT".

But in bid to break the ice over Ant's absence, Dec did crack a joke at the start of the show.

He said: "Welcome to the Hammersmith Apollo, our brand new home.

"We may have a new home but rest assured nothing else has changed.

"The talent is as good as ever, the judges are exactly the same and the presenters...

"Well let's not dwell on that, let's just get on with the show."
