Love Island spoilers: Dani Dyer instantly falls for Jack Fincham after he admits he ‘really fancies her’

DANI Dyer looks set to have the first romance of this series of Love Island as she falls head over heels for Jack Fincham.

In a sneak peek from tonight’s episode, the 22-year-old aspiring actress and stationery sales manager waste no time in getting to know each other and it’s not long before they reveal their true feelings.

It seems Jack knows the way to Dani’s heart – as he impresses her with his laid-back reaction when she tells him her dad is EastEnders actor Danny.

Discussing her ambition to be an actress, she lets slip that acting runs in the family, telling him: “My dad… let’s just get it out the way. My dad’s Danny Dyer.”

Jack manages to play it coolish and Dani later admits she was delighted that he didn’t quote one of her dad’s famous lines.

“I had to bring up my dad, I knew sooner or later that I would mention who my dad was. And it was actually a really nice reaction,” she said.

“Usually boys get a little bit… they start getting all ‘gangster’ and they start quoting films. He didn’t quote one quote and I thought ‘thank God for that.”

The conversation quickly leads to a spark between the two Londoners, with Jack confessing: “First impressions of Dani, she’s really pretty. She’s really easy to get on with.

“I think she’s lovely. Where we’re quite similar. I just felt instant… not awkward, I can talk to her, have a good chat. Again you just don’t know. I really like her. I fancy her.”

Dani also admits that Jack is like the guys she usually goes for, which immediately rings alarm bells: “I like his personality, but with the trainers, the hair…I thought ‘you’ve done it again Dan’…my mates would go to me ‘what are you doing Dan?”

There’s another concern for Dani, who’s not sure what to make of Jack’s whiter than white veneers:  “His teeth are really white though, they are so white.”

But Jack has an unusual plan to win Dani’s affection, which he elaborates on in the Beach Hut, saying: “To be fair I’m going give Dani a lifetime’s supply of highlighters so that when she’s learning her lines for her acting, she’s going to think of me…she can’t forget me then can she?”

It comes after Danny gave his approval for his daughter to have sex in the villa.

With the first night barely underway in the villa, Jack reveals he may already be falling in too deep, adding: “I really like Dani, I do. Honestly, just talking to her. I get too emotional too quickly. When I like someone I don’t really hide it.

“I just want to talk to them, and I want to be with them. I think she’s really nice, I think Dani’s really nice and I like her a lot.”

Love Island starts tonight on ITV2 at 9pm.
