LOVE Island star Kendall Rae-Knight’s bitter ex fiancé Michael Clark had a pop at her after breaking her heart last year – saying his mates are the “priority”.

His cruel swipe at the brunette beauty came after she claimed he broke off their engagement last year to spend “more time with the lads”.

Michael’s pals clearly found the dig hilarious with four of them commenting with crying with laughter emoji faces whilst one said: “#teamClark”.

Another of his friends said he should confront her and enter the villa, saying: “Get in that villa and set some fireworks off.”

Kendall, 26, from Blackpool, had been with her man for five years and he eventually popped the question during a romantic Caribbean holiday last year.

She showed off her diamond ring on social media, gushing over it on Instagram.

Kendall wrote: "I left my boyfriend in the Caribbean, instead I'll be returning home with a fiance..."

The stunner added that she'd always known they were destined to "grow old disgracefully together".

But after just three months he called it off abruptly.

Kendall told the Sun’s Bizarre column he “woke up one morning” and said he didn’t love her any more.

The beauty queen said: “I wanted to do this show because I believe it is my time to move on from my ex and start a fresh.

“We were together five years and got engaged last June but he ended things in October just out of the blue.

“He woke up one morning and just said he didn’t think he loved me anymore and wanted to spend time with the lads and they were his number one priority.

“I thought I was going to marry him, I had in my mind I was going to spend the rest of my life with him. I was absolutely heartbroken.”
