The post featured a newborn's body with two hands holding his.
She wrote: "We are pleased to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy. Born May 29th 2018. Mommy and Baby both doing well.

Since welcoming their first child, Chloe and Jeremy have been on a well-earned holiday.
The pair were spotted kissing on a romantic boat trip off the coast of Sardinia.

Chloe and Jeremy, 35, revealed their son is called Jayden Meeks-Green.
Jeremy already has a son, Jeremy Jr., nine, from a previous relationship with Melissa Meeks.
They finalised their divorce in March and he reportedly agreed to pay £740-a-month child support.

During his time at Mendota Correctional Facility in California, where he was sentenced for firearm and grand theft crimes, he signed to a top model agency and secured a Hollywood talent agent.
After his release Meeks made his runway debut at New York Fashion Week walking for Philipp Plein.
He has also appeared in a campaign for sunglasses fashion house Carolina Lemke.
Meeks and Chloe, the daughter of Sir Philip Green, met at Cannes Film Festival in 2017.
