The reality TV star posted a racy video of her backside shot from a below angle.
Wearing a tight-fitting thonged black body suit, the video focuses on her bum and thighs as the 27-year-old twists and twirls for the camera - ensuring that she maximised exposure of the fantastic results of her surgery.
Chloe told her followers: "Earlier this year I had butt surgery with . For anyone that asked They are the only place I would ever go for a surgery . Any questions about or surgery drop them below x."
