Who's on The One Show tonight?

Henry Blofeld

Nicknamed "Blowers" by Brian Johnston, sports journalist Henry Calthorpe Blofeld is best known for his Old Etonian-style cricket commentating.

Growing up on a farm in Hoveton, Nofolk, Blofeld was the youngest of three children.

He was educated at Sunningdale School in Berkshire, before attending Eton College and King's College at Cambridge University.

Although he didn't graduate from university, Henry had enjoyed a highly-successful cricket career throughout this period and pursued the sport after his studies.

The 78-year-old announced his retirement in 2017, but is soon to be touring the UK this autumn, sharing stories and anecdotes from his colourful life.
