Love Island viewers want Sam Bird to swoop in and steal Zara from Adam as revenge for mugging off Rosie.

Fans aired their hopes that the newbie would live up to his name and ruffle some feathers.

Love Island enthusiasts got excited about the addition of the Norwich hunk to the villa.

And they were quick to encourage him to give roaming-eyed Adam a taste of his own medicine.

Taking to Twitter, one said: "Here's hoping that Sam will swoop in and steal Zara leaving Adam all on his own."

Another noted: If Sam comes in and picks Ellie or Dani there will be a fight brewing.

"I would, however, love for him to pick Zara just to see Adam's face"

Whilst another gloated: "I reckon that Zara is going to hit it off with the new boy Sam! Hopefully then Adam can get pied, and have a taste of his own medicine."

Another user really hammered the point home on behalf of womankind: "I so want Sam to couple with Zara. Half of the female population will rejoice at Adams demise."

The addition of Sam even inspired entire plot strategies by fans, one Tweeted: "I want sam to come in the villa take Zara from Adam... call a recoupling and Samira and Rosie couple up together along side sam and Zara."

Though viewers will have to wait and see until tomorrow's episode as Adam is yet to enter the villa.

But the confident lad is bound to put his fellow Islanders on their toes.

The hunky gym-owner is Georgia Toffolo's personal trainer, has 7,000 Instagram followers  and documents his jet set lifestyle online.

He's a self-described "Gym Owner and Tech Entrepreneur" who works as a trainer and class instructor for Train With Core in Norfolk.

The new villa eye-candy is also responsible for whipping fellow reality star Georgia Toffolo into shape.

Sam clearly documents his close, professional relationship with the Made In Chelsea star - uploading multiple posts of him training her.

It's not just his MIC connections that Sam has to brag about, he's not adverse to the high life.

The London-based trainer clearly indulges in a jet set lifestyle - in one snap he's seen suitcase in hand on route to sunnier climes and in others he's seen enjoying glamorous locations such as Dubai and Ibiza.

In a perhaps ominous upload, the love-hopeful lad took to Twitter on the 1st June commenting: "2018- so far so good."

The gym owner could have been teasing his over 2000 followers of the exciting news of his impending arrival into the villa.
