The hunk is the son of Patricia Scotland who was the Attorney General under then Prime Minister Gordon Brown between 2007 and 2010 and married to fellow barrister Richard, brother of former Tory chairman Brian.
An onlooker at last night’s party at MNKY HSE club said: “They were all over each other.
“This was the first time she’d been out in public with him.”
Baroness Scotland was fined £5,000 in 2009 for employing an illegal immigrant whilst Attorney General and in 2016 it was revealed she had claimed £338,000 in expenses for a refurb in her Mayfair home including £307 on a toilet seat whilst Commonwealth secretary general.
Matthew’s swanky lifestyle is for all to see as he shows off the benefits of mixing it with the upper class on Instagram.
He’s shared pictures of him at Buckingham Palace, Marlborough House in Pall Mall, a party at St James’s Palace in the presence of Princess Alexandra and meeting former US President Bill Clinton.
