Coronation Street spoilers: Sean Tully loses his job and home after betraying Liz McDonald
The barman’s homeless nightmare kicks off big style when Liz is left furious by his betrayal
SEAN Tully finds himself in a horrific situation in Coronation Street next week when he loses both his home his job after double-crossing Liz McDonald who has reached out to help him.
After being kicked out of No.9 following a row with Fiz Brown over money, Sean – played by Antony Cotton in the ITV soap - is chuffed when Liz offers him her sofa to sleep on.
But his loyalty to Liz is quickly forgotten when Toyah Battersby asks Sean if he’d like to take over sacked Liz’s shifts at the pub.
Fiz reminds him that he still owes her for two months rent but now he has a roof over his head and money coming in, Sean isn’t worried.
His luck takes a dramatic nose-dive though when Liz – Beverley Callard - realises that Sean has swooped in and taken her job before the beer pumps have even gone cold.
The former landlady calls in to apologise for telling Johnny Connor that Eva Price was abusing baby Susie and to ask if she can have her job back.

But she’s fuming when she finds out that her new lodger has already stabbed her in the back and tells Sean to find somewhere else to stay.
After calling round everyone he knows and not managing to find somewhere to spend the night a dejected Sean spots a tent in the bins outside the Kabin shop flat and steals it.
When Fiz discovers that Liz has booted Sean out, she wonders where her former friend has spent the night.
Meanwhile, a cold and scared Sean wakes up in his tent which he’s set up in a car park.
This is just the beginning of a terrifying homeless ordeal for Sean which and things will soon take a terrifying turn when a friend he makes on the streets is attacked.
His new pal Carol helps Sean cope with his new life, but it’s not long before he sees her get brutally attacked when she turns to sex work.
As the emergency services arrive to save Carol, Sean will be faced with fresh humiliation when his ex, vicar Billy Mayhew who comforts him through the ordeal.
But will Sean tell Billy that he's homeless and that he needs help?
